Huge shopping centre at Dundas St and Winston Churchill Blvd in Mississauga, Ontario is the home of Costco, Home Depot, The Brick, Staples, Canadian Tire, Best Buy, Future Shop, Starsky supermarket, Silver City movie theatre and many more.

Agora Road - small residential street with detached houses. This street connects Truscott Dr & Utley Rd. No home sales reported in 2018.
Banwell Road - small residential street in north-west part of Park Royal, with semi-detached houses. No home sales reported in 2018.
Benedet Drive - residential street in Benedet Woods area - part of Park Royal neighbourhood in Clarkson . Mostly detached, 2-storey houses. Price range - $768,000 to $845,000.
Birch Crescent - residential street in Benedet Woods with detached 2-storey houses. Price range - $840,000 to $845,000.
Bodley Road - small residential street with detached houses - bungalows and 2-storey. Home of St. Helen school. No home sales reported.
Bonner Road - residential street with detached houses - mainly bungalows and split levels. Just north of Park Royal plaza. Price range - $700,000 to $827,000.
Bostock Crescent - residential street with detached houses - mainly bungalows. South of Truscott Dr - 2 minutes walk to Park Royal plaza. Average price - $826,000.
Bray Crt - tiny residential street with semi detached 2-storey homes. No home sales reported in 2018.
Bromsgrove Road - second biggest residential street in Park Royal neighbourhood subdivision of Clarkson, Mississauga. Clarkson Secondary School is located on this street. There are few type of homes on this street - few semis, fully detached homes, townhomes and stacked townhomes. There is one hi-rise building and few subsidized housing buildings. No semis were sold in 2018. Price range for detached homes was $730,000 to $850,000. Price range for townhomes was $466,500 to $579,000 and price range for stacked townhomes was $350,000 to $470,000.

Bushland Crescent - where you can find mixture of newer 2-storey homes and older ones - mainly split levels, bungalows and some 2-storey homes as well. One sale reported at $760,000. This street is in south-west corner of Park Royal.
Canford Crescent - small residential street in Park Royal, Clarkson east end with mainly split level houses, some 2-storey and few bungalows as well. Price range in 2018 was $776,000 to $1,099,000.
Canvey Crescent - small residential street south of Truscott Dr with detached bungalows. One sale reported at $752,000.
Chalkwell Close - short residential street in the middle of Park Royal. Houses on this street are mainly detached bungalows and split level style. Average sold price was $819,000.
Constable Road - longer street in south-west corner of Park Royal area. Good mixture of semi-detached and detached homes. There are bungalows, split level and 2-storey houses on this street. Semis price range was $557,000 to $685,000, while detached home owners sold from $870,000 to $981,000 last year.
Daimler Road - short residential street with detached bungalows. No sales reported in 2018.
Epton Crescent - small street south of Truscott Dr. Home of Willow Glen Public School. There are detached, mainly bungalow houses on this street. No sales reported in 2018.
Fontwell Crescent - small residential street with "catwalk" connection to Iona Catholic Secondary School. You will find semi detached bungalows and split level houses on this street. Average selling price was $650,000.
Hallkirk Court - tiny residential street. No homes sold in 2018.
Harman Court - small residential court south of Truscott within few minutes walk to Clarkson Community Centre, public library and Park Royal Plaza. No homes sold in 2018.
Hartington Court - tiny court with detached bungalows. One sale reported at $815,000.
Hobbs Crescent - small residential street with "catwalk" connection to Iona Catholic Secondary School. There are semi detached and fully detached houses on this street. Semi detached homes are mainly bungalows and split level type while detached are bungalows, split level and 2-storey. One semi was sold at $655,000 in 2018. Detached houses were not sold.
Karenza Road - small side street within few steps to Elmcrest Public School. There are only detached bungalows and split level houses on this street. Homes were selling in $685,000 - $795,000 range
Kelly Road - connects Truscott Dr and Brookhurst Rd and is home to Hillside Sr. Public School. No homes sold in 2018.
Lewisham Drive - mid size street on the east side of Park Royal, split in half by Truscott Dr. There are two schools on this street - St. Louis Elementary School and fully French school Ecole Elementaire Horizon Jeunesse. South part of the street features detached houses - bungalows and split levels, while north part has mixture of semis and fully detached houses. Semis there are mainly bungalows. Detached homes there are bungalows, split level and even 2-storey ones. No sales of semi detached homes reported in 2018, while detached homes sold from $635,000 to $785,000.
Lockhart Road - small street in the west end of Park Royal area with semi detached bungalows. One sale reported at $618,000 in 2018.
Ludbrook Court - mid size street in the east end of Park Royal, Clarkson, Mississauga with detached, mainly bungalows and split level houses. Sold price range was $738,000-$859,000.
Lundene Rd - small side street just north of Bromsgrove Rd with semi detached homes - bungalows, split level and few 2-storey as well. They were selling in $630,000 - $680,000 price range in 2018.
Lundigan Drive - short street with semi and fully detached houses in bungalow and split level style. Semis were sold in $595,000-$621,000 range. Detached homes were were not sold.
Nigel Road - short street with semi detached 2-storey homes. No sales reported in 2018.

Erin Mills Real Estate Market Update
Real Estate market in Erin Mills (West), Mississauga was very slow in December. There was almost no activity in townhouse segment of the market. The number of detached homes for sale was down by 44%. The average asking price of detached homes was down significantly, but the average selling price of detached homes went up by almost $100,000, mainly because bigger and consequently more expensive homes were sold.
